| This is the Fair release with the largest number of heavy hitters providing musical support (Terry Adams, J Mascis, Don Fleming) and some of it rocks in a radio-friendly (for Jad anyway) fashion that s downright jarring But there is enough of the trademark Fair mania and out-of-tune playing (a downright messy, atonal cover of On the Sunny Side of the Street ) to keep diehards happy, while expanding the minds of newcomers to Jad Fair s warm and wonderful world | ||
